Welcome
The Accounting & Finance section of the MGU Book Club features critical reviews of books covering accounting principles, corporate finance, commercial banking, financial analysis, and the institutions that manage capital. These works contribute to financial literacy and to understanding how businesses, lenders, and other financial organizations operate.
Reviews assess the accuracy and clarity of explanations, the quality of case studies and supporting evidence, and the usefulness of methods presented for academic study and professional practice. When relevant, assessments distinguish durable principles from regulations, market conditions, and techniques that may have changed since publication.
