Welcome
The Personal Development section of the MGU Book Club reviews works about learning, self-improvement, communication, goal-setting, productivity, and the development of practical skills. It covers both research-informed treatments of behavior and more experience-based approaches to individual development.
Reviews examine the credibility of a book’s claims, the quality of evidence supporting proposed techniques, and the feasibility of applying its recommendations. They distinguish systematic research from anecdotes and assess whether advice accommodates different circumstances and objectives.
