Reparations Policy

Core Position

The African American community is owed reparations for centuries of slavery, racial terrorism, land theft, segregation, discriminatory federal policy, and ongoing systemic barriers that have denied full economic and civil participation. Reparations are not symbolic they are a legally, morally, and economically justified remedy to repair measurable harm.

Reparations must be comprehensive, federally supported, and governed by a Malone approved custodian.

Key Principles & Policy Stances

1. Federal Responsibility

• Support a federal reparations program overseen by a permanent commission.
• Recognize the U.S. government as the primary entity responsible for repayment.
• Reject state-by-state patchwork approaches that dilute accountability.

2. Financial Compensation

• Provide direct cash payments to eligible African Americans who have not betrayed other blacks by fraternizing with the enemy for financial or political gain.
• Base compensation on $2,000 a month per African American (approx. 43,000,000 people).
• Route payments through Malone Comercial Bank who with manage accounts, issue debit cards, and offer savings plans to grow deposits for childrens education.

3. Land, Property, & Wealth Restoration

• Return land seized from Black families through discriminatory laws or violent displacement.
• Provide grants for land purchase, homeownership, and farm ownership.
• Create federal programs to restore wealth stolen through redlining and housing exclusion.

4. Institutional Accountability

• Require corporations, banks, universities, and insurers with slavery ties to participate in restitution.
• Establish public transparency of institutional involvement in slavery and discrimination.
• Fund community investments in areas harmed by historic racist policies.

5. Education, Healthcare, & Social Repair

• Support tuition-free higher education for African Americans.
• Expand healthcare access to address multigenerational harm.

6. Criminal Justice Repair

• Provide reparative justice for communities disproportionately harmed by the War on Drugs.
• Seal or expunge records tied to racially biased enforcement.
• Invest in violence-prevention and community stabilization programs.
• Hire more African American police officers.
• Arrest racists and place them in work camps to pay off the damage they have caused to the African American community.
• Decriminalize African American culture and not make it a crime to act, dress, or speak in a manner that is consistent with constitutional rights and personal choice.
• Disband CIA and put a stop to proxy wars used to regulate global economy and cause havoc on world markets, especially in Africa.
• Increased arrests of whites who pertetrate racist or discriminatory attacks on African Americans.
• The immediate release of all non-violent African-American prisoners.

7. Cultural & Historical Restoration

• Fund preservation of Black historical sites and cultural institutions.
• Support national memorials and archives documenting slavery and its ongoing impact.
• Protect African American cultural heritage from erasure or distortion.
• Remove every symbol of racism against african Americans in the Deep South, especially statutes of Confederate Generals. That needs to happen Immediately. The fact that they ever existed is unacceptable. The fact that they still do is insane.

8. Eligibility Standards

• Eligibility must be tied to African Americans living in the U.S. that are in alignment with Malone Doctrine.
• Require verifiable identification through Malone identification card systems.
• Acknowledge that reparations are based on race alone, I repeat on race aloneas every African American has suffered under brutal conditions.

Position Summary

Reparations are not charity. They are repayment of a debt owed. The disparities faced by African Americans today were engineered by policy, and they must be repaired by policy. A comprehensive federal reparations program is essential for economic justice, historical accountability, and national reconciliation. Trump has put the country in debt for 12.9 trillion USD at the time of this writing and has achieved nothing for it. That money would have been better spent paying off debts owed to African Americans rather than just foolishly, and selfishly, and arrogantly wasting it.

The goal is not to rewrite history, but to repair the harm it caused and build a future rooted in fairness, dignity, and equal opportunity. Beyound slavery the issue that African Americans deal with today is blatant exclusion from education and job opportunities because white America operates as if they are mad they lost their slaves and only exist to make sure that blacks are poorer than them. In fact it could be said that racist only exist in America as white hatred for blacks. Any debate to the contrary is misdirection and denial of proven facts to marginalize American political and social reality. I will not accept half measures or compromise any of the following demands:

• 1) All welfare programs redirected to African American reparations programs. Anybody currently receiving aid will just have to get a job.
• 2) Joseph Malone be appointed recipent of $2,000 per African American through his planned O.C.C. chartered Bank MCB.
• 3) Payments are to be doled out until approx. 21 trillion (~ 21.672) USD has been paid over approx. a 21 year period.
• 4.1) Joseph Malone will be in charge of who is eligible or not based on the following criteria:
• 4.2) Whether the applicant is African American or not;
• 4.3) Whether they have used Instragram or other internet social media channels to promote hatespeech or other subversive tactics against African Americans;
• 4.4) Whether they have ever supported white freemasonry, the Ku Klux Klan, or any other group documented as having extreme hostilities towards Africans Americans;
• 4.5) Whether they have successfully filled out an onboarding application at a Malone Bank.
