1. Digital Access & Inclusion
- Expand high-speed internet access in underserved urban and rural African American communities.
- Ensure affordable access to computers, software, and digital tools for students and families.
- Support public digital literacy programs and technical training initiatives.
2. Algorithmic Bias & AI Accountability
- Require transparency in AI systems used for hiring, policing, credit scoring, or education.
- Mandate independent audits of AI algorithms to identify and remove racial bias.
- Hold companies accountable for discriminatory outcomes caused by automated systems.
3. Workforce Equity in Tech
- Promote recruitment, retention, and advancement of African Americans in STEM and AI sectors.
- Fund mentorship programs, scholarships, and coding bootcamps for Black youth and professionals.
