The home page acts as a central hub to document the official position of black America on various political issues. This addresses the issue of of Black Politics being sweep aside by "black history". Without detailed timelines that are independently verified, a clear political framework and goal, and a leader who is highly competent and fearless, these history lessons become prone to distortion and mission drift or incoherent. Initially a page where Joseph Malone spearheads 100% of the movement it will force white America to be accountable for war crimes against its African-American citizens. 21 trillion dollars USD is requested to rebuild black America that was destroyed under white governmental oversight. Joseph Malone proposes he is in charge of reconstruction efforts and allocating of funds to eliminate rampany dyfuction in American society stemming from institutional and social bias. He is highly qualified for the job. Any refusal will be seen as tyranny and violation of international law. He will take his case to the Hague if his demands are not met.
Purpose
The purpose is to fix America's evil soul and grant it ONE LAST CHANCE at redemption before permantly declaring it an enemy of the African Diaspora and taking more drastic global and domestic measures.
Lessons Learned
America has committed inexcusable acts of war against its own citizens and black America will settle for nothing less than a full apology, a federal buruea set up to dispense funds, cooporation with local and state governemnts to permit and over haul destabilized areas to promote economic and civic renewal, and a competent staff to ensure timely payments.
