Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Proof yeast in warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar until foamy, about 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add eggs, butter, and yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled, 1–2 hours.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, and scatter raisins evenly.
- Roll tightly and place in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise until doubled.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and internal temp is 190°F (88°C).
- Cool before slicing to reveal the cinnamon swirl pattern.
