Malone Political Party
I. Purpose
The Malone Doctrine establishes a binding code of conduct for members of the Malone Political Party. It defines the standards of behavior, discipline, and decision-making required to operate effectively within society and to advance the long-term stability, autonomy, and development of African American communities.
This code is not symbolic. It is operational. Members are expected to apply these standards in real-world conditions.
II. Foundational Standard
All members are governed by three non-negotiable expectations:
- Clarity of Reality — Understand conditions as they are, not as they are presented.
- Control of Action — Maintain discipline over decisions and behavior.
- Responsibility for Outcomes — Accept full accountability for results produced.
Failure in any of these areas constitutes a failure of conduct.
III. Personal Conduct
Members are required to maintain internal discipline and self-governance.
- Act with control, not impulse
- Prioritize long-term outcomes over short-term gratification

- Avoid behaviors that weaken individual capacity or judgment
Personal instability is considered a liability to both the individual and the organization.

- Support structures that increase community resilience and independence
- Engage in conflict with control and purpose, not emotion
Community is treated as a strategic environment, not an abstract concept.
V. Economic Conduct
Economic behavior is a core responsibility.
- Pursue wealth-building as a requirement, not an option
- Allocate resources toward growth, ownership, and sustainability
- Avoid patterns of consumption that reduce long-term leverage
- Support economic systems that strengthen collective position
Financial irresponsibility is considered operational failure.
VI. Political Conduct
Political engagement must be disciplined and outcome-driven.
- Prioritize results over rhetoric, symbolism, or affiliation
- Align with strategies that produce measurable gains
- Avoid blind loyalty to external political structures
- Maintain internal discipline within the Malone Political Party
Political action is evaluated strictly by effectiveness.

VIII. Behavioral Prohibitions
The following behaviors are inconsistent with the Malone Doctrine:

- Actions that destabilize community or organizational integrity
- Dependence on narrative over evidence
- Undisciplined decision-making driven by impulse or emotion
- Public or private conduct that undermines long-term strategic goals
Violations may result in removal from roles, loss of standing, or expulsion.
IX. Standard of Evaluation
Members are evaluated based on:
- Consistency of conduct
- Quality of decision-making
- Measurable outcomes produced
- Contribution to system stability and advancement
Intent is not sufficient. Results determine standing.
