The Three Stages of Applied Malone Doctrine Mastery

There are three phases of advancement in the Malone Doctrine. All phases are designed to overthrow the enemies of African Americans. The end goal is creating individuals who are thugged out and intelligent. Being "thugged out" here means possessing hard power (militant offensive capabilities). Being "intelligent" means 1. possesing a pragmatic real politik objective based mindset that is resistant to psycological warfare and confusion. This is considered almost impossible but the training provided by Malone Doctrine is battle tested to yield real world results.

Tier I — Initiate

The Initiate Tier is the soldier phase. Emphasis is on building a military mindset and being able to survive direct and indirect attacks on personal autonomy. Students are taught to break away from systems of control that exploitate them and join the Malone Revolution. You will be able to defend yourself physically, legally, finacially, spiritually, emotionally, diplomatically, and mentally. All of these defenses fall under defending oneself intelligentlly. Without intelligence a person is just another shithead soldier and will lose. Malone Doctrine only breeds winners by any means in a way that is totally ruthless and ethically defensible.

• Module V – Leadership Formation: Leading small groups, projecting authority, establishing stability.

Field Assignments

• System Deconstruction: Analyze an institution and identify its control structures.
• Leadership Initiation: Perform one act of leadership in your real life and document it.

Tier II — Strategist

The Strategist Tier is the architect phase. Emphasis is on transitioning from active front line battle to war room preparation. Success in the initiate phase directly leads to promotion to the strategist phase. Once a student masters the initiate phase they are candidates for transcending to strategy and leadership roles. This is an organic evolution of taking what is learned in the initiate phase and being able to transmit that knowledge to others. Generals design war plans for soliders to initiate. They are war time masters of strategy making them the architects of war. The idea here is that once a soldier is not longer embattles with constant attacks due to his enemies fleeing he is at peace. Peace is the most appropriate time to prepare for future war and expansion as resources are increased and distractions are minimized. Malone Doctrine excels at scaling domination of hostile opposition by taking previous success and building on the momentum, not retreating or pausing, but shifting phases.

• Module V – Narrative Control: Shaping cultural mythologies and public truth.

• Propaganda Craft: Write persuasive messaging to recruit skilled individuals.
• Legacy Plan: Create a 100-year strategic inheritance document.

Tier III — Commander

The Commander tier moves from soldier → general → president. This is the final and most superlative phase. Graduates of the Strategist Tier are in command of some type of institution. The strength and scale of that institution is limited only by their vision and execution. Examples of institutions are President of Countries (Barak Obama), Presidents of Companies (J Prince), and founders of: Churches (Malcolm X), NGOs (Bobby Seale), Schools (Booker T. Washington) or any other independently operated entity. As Supreme leader of your group you must plan long term and build a regime that is resilent against all threats, internal and external, to your continutation of existence. This is the legacy building phase. If successful your contributions will be remembered and your institution will outlive you through future generations without mission drift or dilution of core purpose. Malone Doctrine can provide the training and skills needed to reach this stage but success depends on dedication to objectives (duty), clarity of goals (resolve), and unwavering defiance that chosen cause is not only just but inescapably necessary (conviction).
