MD201: Designing a Self-Ruled Civilization

Course Overview

MD201 begins the Strategist Tier of the War College. This course teaches you how to architect a fully integrated civilization—where your nation, business network, and nonprofit infrastructure form one sovereign system. You will learn to bypass external dependence, neutralize regulatory capture, and operate beyond legacy control structures. Civilization is no longer something to inherit—it is something you will design.

   Philanthropy, think tanks, and educational fronts as influence machines.
5. Fusion Governance
   Synchronizing law, money, and values across all institutional fronts.

   Ensuring your system survives succession, attack, and internal decay.

• Doctrine Codex: Write a living constitution for your civilization: its laws, values, and objectives.
• Continuity Plan: Design a 100-year continuity strategy for leadership, finance, and legitimacy.
