MGU Internal Documentation Overview

MGU Internal Documentation preserves the working records and procedural references that support the university system. These documents are different from public-facing lessons or encyclopedia articles because they describe how the institution is organized, maintained, expanded, and improved over time.

This section may include workflow notes, curriculum plans, website architecture notes, publishing procedures, development logs, design standards, file organization rules, template documentation, build processes, and administrative references. It is intended to protect institutional memory so work can continue consistently across projects and revisions.

Use this index as the main directory for internal documentation. As the university grows, this section can be divided into planning, curriculum, technical operations, publication workflows, design systems, and administrative procedures.
