Introduction

The purpose of this article is to formally present the first draft of my privately funded model for reparations. Money will come from mostly private industry not government, government will pay only operational costs of facilities described within. Money gained will be the sole property of me, Joseph Malone, at which point I have discretion to donate to charity, fund civil projects, or make direct cash disbursements to the public.

This section contains the complete operational model called “The Plan”. The objective is to create a self-sustaining economic system that generates continuous funding and distributes it directly to recipients.

Personal Background
(My background in politics)
Any systems I create must be brutally effective in accomplishing a goal. I use the term “brutally effective” because I am not a lawyer I am a system builder, meaning that outcomes matter more than fancy legal tricks that obscure what is really being said. That said African Americans are under systemic pressure from racist institutions. In 2005 I began championing my politics more vocally at a grassroots level. Since then I have taken to increased sophistication, permanence, and platform clarity. This means building legacy institutions that outlive me to carry my message forever.
Structural Logic
(Why the system is designed this way)
This is a self contained program that is autonomous. This means moving from “debating for the right to exist” to “quietly demonstrating what works”. The caveat here is that in politics a people must never silence there voice so being quiet is not preferred. Once programs are running we will loudly proclaim progress as a major victory against racism/bigotry/fascism.
To be “effective” programs must pass many benchmark checks. This means accomplishing a goal under many constraints, where “constraint” is a required aspect or rule of operation. Here are benchmarks I designed this program with:
- It shifts the conversation from debate to outcomes.
- It has built-in funding.
- It controls racist offenders.
- It polices Blacks from being insubordinate.
Funding Model

The money will come from private prisons that house both White and Black offenders. I am only interested in those prisoner types. If government forces more prisoners then I will gladly accept them because that increases profit but is not my passion. My programs have critical race theory built in and have nothing to say about Asians, Hispanics, or others.
Distribution Model

This is a private business model. All profits are property of Joseph Malone. I will distribute money to African Americans who support my efforts. I will not pay people to diss me.
Governance and Control

The prison system is highly regulated by State and federal law and authorities. Within that framework all decisions of Malone Private Prison Facilities are subject to my approval. Initially I will be founder of the Holding company with plans to delegate day to day decisions to on site wardens appointed by me. Likely candidates will have a background in military service or law enforcement. I will enforce an African American first hiring preference.
Incentives and Behavioral Impact

This system will give Blacks more racial and civic pride leading to lower recidivism. It will give African Americans more leadership and opportunity for positive outcomes. It will show how to legally and successfully raise quality of life. It will also weaken white supremacists ability to speak down to African Americans in regards to the viability of a working reparations program.
Comparative Analysis

Groups that use tradition arguments for reparations are lightyears behind my plan. Before during, and after the implementation of my plan they will still be arguing for a right ot even exist and not have presente4d a single working model nor answered important questions like who gets paid, how do the get paid, and where does funding come from.

Prison overcrowding is unsafe for inmates and staff. Danger includes disease and violence. Opening newer facilities reduces government burden.
Reparations does not currently exist. Major hurdles include:
- Weak Black leadership
- Weak White Leadership
- No idea who gets the money
- No idea how much money they should get
- No idea if money or social programs should be goal
- No way to guarantee funding.
I have solved all those problems:
- I am strong Black leadership.
- I eliminate the need for a white led leadership model.
- I give money to Blacks loyal to me at my personal discretion.
- I have determined that $2,000 multiplied by 43 million African Americans is around 1 trillion per Year. I expect the program to last for 21 years. After that it will unofficially end. In 2 decades time $21 trillion will have flown through African Americans hands. If they are wise they will invest in the infrastructure I suggest. If not they they flunked up their re-up and I cannot be held responsible for their ignorance as I have given them all the knowledge they needed to dominate.
Malone industries provides other resources so the focus of this program is more controlling our enemies and law enforcement rather than financial gain. The money is nice but not needed. The man motivation for this program is the disrespect faced online from whites who either conservative, MAGA, or false flag DemocRATS posing as them who claimed that African Americans weak too stupid and weak to dominate whites politically. That direct challenge to Black autonomy cannot go unopposed.
This is my strongest response. Lesser Freemasons hostile to the plan claimed, out of fear, that I was over-extending myself. That I was biting off more than I could deliver. First I create miracles with ease. My talent knows ZERO limits. Not hyperbole, just operational fact. I can create miracles at will... for life. Second, they continually make this mistake: “I cannot do it or solve for this problem so Malone cannot do it..”. That is a constant aggravation. I am superior to them in thought and execution.

Money is chosen because “programs” are led by white democrats who are piss poor when it comes to all aspects of financial responsibility including money management, money generation, money allocation, identifying problems, identifying correct goals, and achieving program results. Their strategies are worthless and I give them a vote of no confidence.

I guarantee funding through capitalism and economic rather than governmental forces. If money ruins out I am at least jailing white hostiles and black traitors. For people not in prison I offer training and employment. As a job creator this is more important than receiving money and having a plan for it, this is gainful employment that directly changes lives.
Scalability and Expansion

The system winds down as African Americans are highly educated and visible in all aspects of American life. After I am dead there is no point to continue the program through my heirs or estate. It will have a sunset clause. The idea always was to humiliate racists who continue unrelenting attacks on Blacks. Having authority to auction white labor for profit shuts down anything feeling of superiority they might have. It makes it impossible for them to speak down on a race jailing them. This is what revolutionary looks like. Not Black Panther cosplay, not moderation, not planning “us versus them” gunfights. This is law and order to bring chaos to their wretched ways.
The only expansion needed would be the removal of Biden era restrictions on housing Federal prisoners. That would make the system ideal because federal law targets hate crimes better. If committing hate crimes at a federal level mean doing prison Time in Maloneville would be offenders would think twice about running the risk of being caught and humiliated by directly serving Black liberation through forced labor.
Public Perception and Narrative Control

The plan is communicated as I am doing now. Freely, boldly, on my own platforms. I control my own content. Nobody can censor me. This is freedom. Without freedom their can be no wealth, no quality of life. These are the discussions and topics that matter that complacent leadership from the left never talks about and never will. They mistrain political thought in this country to create slaves. I am never going to support them. They are not anywhere good enough for me. While republicans score a 1/10, Democrats a 5/10 the Malone Party scores a 10/10 as it is custom built to address the needs of my community.
How the plan is understood is it is a weapon to strike a blow against racism and institutional propaganda against the African American race. This is a no compromise stance. Totally self ruled and not subject to being stopped by debate and protest form ordinary racists. It is a lawful plan that has the blessing of government. Once Biden era limitations are removed the leverage against white supremacists it immense.
It is understood that this is a full measure to protect African Americans in many areas especially as new technologies and threats against mental anguish and fake news increase. African Americans will not settle for a plan less capable than this, less direct in its messaging than this, less inclusive of African American leadership than this. African Americans have a fight to police those attacking them. They have a right to send a strong message that we are not going to let white racists and their Black collaborators play the games they are playing anymore. No more info wars, endless debate, or trolling. Just a direct response to insults against our legitimacy and capability to enforce punishment on those who would dare attack us.
Risk Considerations

There are no weaknesses in my plans. They are bulletproof. All my ideas work. My execution will be flawless. My ideas work because I am an outsider to the current regime of house slave mentality complacent leadership they force on the African American community.
Execution Roadmap
(From concept to implementation)
The execution is rather simple. I buy or build prisons. I negotiate terms with state authorities. They send me prisoners. I house them. I negotiate terms with companies. I set prisoners to work. I collect payments from partner companies. I send money to bank accounts. This money is now my private property. Under normal conditions this money would be considered my personal compensation. Instead of keeping it as a salary I will disburse it into checking accounts for recipients at my bank. I will create Banks in 50 capital cities of the United States. I will offer applications for African Americans to apply for inclusion into my reparations program. They will have to be members of the community in good standing and loyal to my codes of conduct. If they vio;ate my terms of agreement they will be given a warning. If they continue tro violate my terms they may be suspended from the program until completing program rehabilitation training.
Conclusion

I set the tone for Black liberation and upward mobility. I am not going to debate any of my plans. These are my private plans for economic enterprise in America. They are not subject to white approval, they are not subject to debate, they are not subject to racist memes claiming “victim card denied”. This is economical and judicial retaliation for the things said online that government could not protect us from but could censor us from speaking freely by the corrupt use of “anti hate speech” bills in the senate from Jewish Democrats like Diane Feinstein.
Senate mandated social media hate-speech bills do not protect African Americans because they cater to dog whistles and gentrified subliminal coded racist messaging that racists have used for centuries within American institutions. The latest bills passed are just more hard coding of the same old same old. It is “white law” that is culturally biased to produce “naturalization”, in other words “think, speak, and act like a negro with a white mentality. This is tearing down Black people and rebuilding them in the image of their oppressor. This is hegemony, it is destroying true culture and Black political thought and replacing it with something that more aligned with white culture. They can attack us in their words but we cannot attack them in ours, we are forced to use theirs, we are forced to give up our identity, we are forced to become assimilated.
If others eventually get reparations through whatever means big whoop. Their ideas suck, take too long, and most likely are empty talk / "vote for me" scams, but more power to them if they do succeed. The reality is that they are not mature, do not have intelligent ideas, and even if successful will not save African Americans. They tend to give false hope as false leaders.
