Part two of this series focuses on culture rather than institutional power as a driver of racism. When men like Dr. Umar say Blacks cannot be racist because they never had institutional power it is a weak position rhetorically because Black racism towards Whites is technically possible, but in practice not realistic. Racism is firmly a White race stereotype. White codes are taught from generation to generation. It is their shared heritage, as self proclaimed by the use of the Confederate Flag. Blacks never adopted racism as a strategy because they were angry at instiutionalized racism and did as much as possible to distance themselves culturally and politically from people who were abusive to them. Anti-racism became formalised as a distinctive element of Black culture. To be less than culturally sensitive and racially tolerant was internalized as anti-Black.

When Dr. Umar says Blacks never had any institutional power he is mistaken. Where freedom exists Blacks flourish. They excel in business, government, and social life... building institutional power as they move upward in society. Never once did using positions of power become a tool for subjugation of the other races, on ly a beacon of hope for a post Jim Crow America. Blacks having been the victim of so much violence for so long adopted a spirit that played off shared struggle as moral currency. Treating others unfairly was immediately identified as impractical for obvious reasons, namely the risk of being confused as condoning white activities. Blacks were less worried about being accused of racism and more worried about being seen as condoning white tactics by using them themselves. As a rule that was both practical and emotional, the condemnation of racism spoke to the most heartfelt expression of Black Political Thought. This is who Black people are as a people. We refuse to be represented any other way.

Violence and other extreme measures was targeted only at the most hostile of whites who engaged in unrelenting organized hate crime sprees against innocent Blacks, and only as a defensive posture. It is well documented and agreed by both races that Blacks merely wanted to defend themselves. They had no desire to instigate conflict. Such desires are not second nature to African Americans. They are however first nature to Whites that, for lack of a better term, are quick to employ such behaviors as a long standing conspiracy of sorts against the African American race. This means that Blacks wish only for peace and to be free while Whites only care about domination and subjugating other races. American History paints a strong contrast of White versus Black attitudes thus backing up my claims. Whites have shown repeated hostility with the urge to rule over all races using government as a key driver of social inequity, while Blacks have constantly remained committed to equity and justice for all.

It is hard to understand any claims of Black racism towards whites given the history of the United States:

The answer is unequiivocally NO. What is true is the documentation of every major period in American histroy being marred by White racism directed towards African Americans.

African Americans have many complaints against the White race to the point that most White people do not even know the extent. Whites have zero valid grievances against African Americans. The Whites as a whole are a racist monolith that supports white supremacy every time they support White Freemasonry, whether blatant or indirectly. Occasionally you have a White who is moderate and not actively working towards destruction of the African American but he looks the other way when White on Black abuse occurs or offers thin platitudes. His function is to remind Blacks that "good Whites exist". This is reminiscent of "good cop, bad cop". I question their sincerity. I imagine they take turns playing racist/ally. From my personal experience Whites have only shown me and every other Black I know cruelty. They use secret societies to put Blacks against each other but that is another story.

The way Dr. Umar talks limits Blacks being showing them as weak and having less power than they actually do. This creates a distorted viewpoint by replacing Black sovereignty with victimhood mentality. It shows weakness to the enemy in a way that is devoid of strategic gain. It blames power itself as the driver of corruption rather than inherent flaws of White culture. Its core argument is that "absolute power corrupts absoulutely", which suggests that if given equality Blacks would abuse their positions of power similiar to how Whites did. This is a classic red herring used by white supremacists to limit Black agency. The mentality of Malone Doctrine repeatedly establishes that Blacks should not make the same mistakes as Whites. Therefore racism is not defined by who had power, whoi was rich, or who worked in government, but who treated who unfairly due to race. Overwhelmingly it is Whites who are the aggresor against African Americans. There are no credible grievances of African Americans ever being racist to anyone. What is learned is that White culture uses racism as a cultural trait. Rather than a byproduct of bad governance, in the case of the United States it is a primary driver of it.

Charlie Kirk once asked a group of liberal students if some cultures are better than others. The response was vehenemently no. A sharper response would have been "Culture X is morally superior to Kirk Culture". Africn Americans are hell bent on proving the evils of racism so would never copy White racist culture. This is a cultural difference, is is not a discussion on how power corrupts. When Blacks become rich they are treated better than the poor but not automatically accepted by White society. In the past rich athletes and rappers have been pulled over by a racist blue collar police officers due to jealousy of seeing a Black man with more money than him. They routinely accused the driver of being a drug dealer or stealing the car. Because of the landmark Rodney King Trial it is unlikely that he would beat the driver because doing so would lead to a lawsuit and the driver becoming even richer. In this case the police officer has little power over the Black driver and less money and status but is still racist. Being a government employee creates opportunities for abuse but it is difficult in modern society to gey away with it due to all the progress African Americans have made politically. The point is that racism exists even if the government sides with victims of hate crimes or targeted abuse.

Oprah could shop in a store and be followed around by racist employees while looking at $5,000 purses. She could afford to buy any luxury item anywhere and probably know Italian designers to comp her and send her this seasons samples or special editions but jealous people would still harass her. They either assume all Blacks are poor and therefore thieves, or worese know she is rich and still disrespect her because they are jealous of her wealth. It would be hard to not know who Oprah is in a place like an upscale store in New York, yet this incident actually happened.

My point is that even if there was a Black president, Black Govenor, Black Chief of Police, Black cops, and Black millionaires living in a state, any Whites who are poor and jealous would still player hate on them. These Whites could hold no institutional power, be White separatists, or hold grudges against government, and still be clearly seen as racist. Racism is not based on who has power but what they do with the power, or lack of it, they have. Racism is a behavior and culture. Whites are not all powerful and Blacks are not forever at their mercy. Historically African Americans have been treated wrong because of skin color so know how shitty of a thing that is to do. Based on that identity they would never do that to others. They would never acknowledge racism as a legitimite social policy or way to act because it would forgive 400 years of White abuse. However this does not impose neutrality or nonviolence as a response to every situtation. If self defense or other forms of violence are justified to prevent or punish racist actions against them doing so does not make them racist. Many times Whites afraid of being retaliated for their crimes against African Americans label accountability "reverse racism" to traumatize Blacks into submission.

The conclusion is that racism is onesieded. Whites adopted racism as a political and social tool for organizing and terrorizing others. Without racism they would have to compete fairly and that is something they refuse to do.
