Primer Overview
The Malone Primer is the explanatory and developmental body of work supporting Malone Doctrine. It uses research, argument, historical analysis, policy development, case studies, and institutional examination to identify problems, evaluate competing interpretations, propose solutions, and clarify how the Doctrine may be understood and applied.
Primer materials do not independently establish or amend normative authority. Their purpose is to support discovery, preserve reasoning, test proposed standards, and develop conclusions that may later be codified within the canonical Malone Doctrine maintained in the MGU Library.
Specifically:
Research → empirical and investigative.
Argument → logical, philosophical, legal, and rhetorical.
Human experience → historical, biographical, sociological, and practical.
Purpose, development, and application → explanatory rather than normative.
Primer Works
Primer Works interpret the Malone Doctrine, test proposed standards, preserve historical reasoning, and demonstrate application. They do not independently amend the normative code.

Provides a concise visual introduction to Malone Doctrine, its governing purpose, principal concerns, ethical structure, and intended institutional application.

Policy Briefs
Examine specific public, institutional, economic, and social problems and present focused analysis, strategic conclusions, and proposed policy responses.

Propositions
Develop and test claims, principles, interpretations, and proposed solutions that may contribute to the continuing development of Malone Doctrine.

Collects investigative, historical, empirical, and comparative work used to establish facts, evaluate competing explanations, and support doctrinal development.

Analyze historical and contemporary events, institutions, policies, and leadership decisions to demonstrate how doctrinal principles may be evaluated and applied in practice.

These are the original categories of problems Malone Dotrine is being asked to fix:

Institutional Architecture
Doctrine creates alignment. Charters create institutions. Each Malone institution retains a distinct function while remaining subject to the common ethical system.
