Overview
The Malone Doctrine is the governing ethical framework of Malone Global University and Malone-aligned organizations, authored by Joseph Malone. It establishes a systematic body of principles governing moral conduct across every sphere of human interaction. Rather than functioning as a textbook or political manifesto, the Doctrine serves as a lasting ethical code intended to guide responsible conduct, institutional leadership, civic participation, and commercial activity.
Organized into four progressively expanding volumes, the Doctrine begins with the ethical obligations individuals owe one another before extending those principles outward to institutions, government, and economic life. Together, the volumes provide a coherent framework for evaluating conduct, resolving ethical questions, and promoting principled decision-making across Malone-aligned organizations and initiatives.
The Malone Doctrine regulatory framework establishes the hierarchy of authority through which the Doctrine is interpreted and applied. Beginning with foundational axioms and progressing through principles, maxims, rules, and procedures, each level derives its authority from the one above it, providing a coherent system that connects enduring ethical commitments to practical institutional conduct.
