Overview
Schedule A contains the formally adopted Axioms of Malone Doctrine. Axioms establish the foundational authority, ethical commitments, interpretive standards, and constitutional continuity upon which every subordinate Principle, Maxim, Rule, and Procedure depends.
Authority
Axioms possess foundational authority and occupy the highest rank within the doctrinal hierarchy. No subordinate provision, interpretation, implementation document, institution, office, or person may contradict, nullify, or supersede an Axiom.
Schedule Status
The entries published in this schedule are adopted normative provisions. They became effective on July 23, 2026, and remain controlling unless expressly revised or superseded through an authorized process.
The source text supplied for this schedule contains fourteen adopted axioms, numbered Axiom I through Axiom XIV.
Official Axiom Table
| Identifier | Axiom | Governing Text | Status | Authorized Commentary |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Axiom I | Supremacy of Malone Doctrine | Malone Doctrine is the supreme ethical authority governing all Malone organizations, institutions, publications, policies, programs, and subordinate documents. No subordinate authority may contradict, nullify, or supersede the ethical principles established by the Doctrine. Where conflict exists, the Doctrine shall govern, and subordinate authorities shall be interpreted or revised to conform to it. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom II | Authority | The authority of Malone Doctrine derives from the ethical principles it expresses, from the voluntary constitutional submission of Malone institutions to those principles, and from its established status as the controlling ethical standard of the Malone system. Its authority is ethical rather than merely administrative, and no office, institution, or person may claim authority contrary to it. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom III | Necessity and Purpose | Malone Doctrine exists to establish a permanent ethical standard governing the conduct, decisions, and development of the Malone system. It provides continuity beyond changing circumstances by ensuring that institutional convenience, temporary interests, and individual authority remain subject to enduring ethical principles. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom IV | Scope | Malone Doctrine governs every exercise of Malone authority, including institutions, officers, members, publications, policies, programs, decisions, and subordinate documents. Its authority extends to every activity undertaken in the name of, on behalf of, or within the jurisdiction of a Malone institution. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom V | Persons and Institutions Bound | Malone Doctrine binds every Malone institution and every person exercising authority under it. Persons who voluntarily accept offices, responsibilities, privileges, benefits, or governed relationships within the Malone system accept the ethical obligations established by the Doctrine to the extent of those relationships. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom VI | Human Dignity and Moral Agency | Every person possesses inherent moral dignity and moral agency. Because persons are capable of ethical judgment and responsible action, they shall be treated as ends in themselves rather than merely as instruments of institutional, political, or personal advantage. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom VII | Rights and Duties | Rights and duties are inseparable within ethical society. Every right carries corresponding obligations, and every exercise of authority shall respect both the liberties and responsibilities necessary to preserve justice, order, and human dignity. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom VIII | Truth and Integrity | Truthfulness, intellectual honesty, and institutional integrity are indispensable to ethical authority. Deliberate deception, falsification, and material misrepresentation are incompatible with Malone Doctrine and shall not be employed to secure institutional advantage or personal benefit. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom IX | Responsibility | Every exercise of authority carries responsibility and accountability. Individuals and institutions are answerable for the foreseeable consequences of their conduct, and no office or position exempts its holder from ethical accountability. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom X | Stewardship | Authority is exercised in trust rather than ownership. Every person entrusted with power, resources, information, or institutional responsibility shall manage those trusts faithfully for their proper purposes and for the long-term welfare of those whom they serve. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom XI | Justice | Justice requires impartiality, proportionality, consistency, and respect for the equal moral standing of persons. Ethical judgments shall be governed by objective standards rather than favoritism, prejudice, arbitrary power, or personal interest. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom XII | Interpretation and Conflict | The provisions of Malone Doctrine shall be interpreted as a coherent and unified ethical system. Where multiple provisions appear to conflict, every reasonable effort shall be made to harmonize them. Where harmonization is impossible, the higher-ranking authority within the constitutional hierarchy shall control. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom XIII | Revision and Continuity | Malone Doctrine may be revised only through an express, documented, and duly authorized process. Every revision shall preserve the historical record, identify the reasons for change, distinguish amendment from interpretation, and maintain the continuity and integrity of the Doctrine as a living constitutional instrument. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
| Axiom XIV | Foundational Permanence | The foundational ethical commitments of Malone Doctrine are permanent and may not be abolished. These commitments include the supremacy of ethical authority over institutional convenience, the inherent moral dignity and agency of every person, the accountability of all authority, the obligation of truth and integrity, the equal submission of institutions to the standards they impose, and the prohibition against converting the Doctrine into an instrument of arbitrary power. Revision may clarify, refine, and better realize these commitments, but shall not nullify or contradict them. | Adopted | Not yet linked |
