Overview

Schedule C will contain the formally adopted Maxims of Malone Doctrine. Maxims state governing truths in concise and memorable form so that Principles may be taught, recalled, and used in daily judgment.

Authority

Maxims possess instructional authority within the normative code. Every Maxim must derive from and remain consistent with one or more Principles. Rules may particularize a Maxim but may not contradict or reverse its governing meaning.
